1930s Silk Formal Embossed Roses Hollywood Glamour!

Measures 15” across the shoulders, 36” through the bust, 26” at the waist, 36” through the hips and length is 49”. Sleeves are 19.5” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Skirt flares out to 20” in circumference at bottom hem. Fabric is silk crepe, lightweight, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; but this does not have any fastenings; I think you will want to open up the side seam and add some to make it much easier to get on. True color is black. Beautifully made of solid black silk and a jacquard floral silk. Skirt flares out below hips.

1930s Black and White Floral Print Day Dress

Measures 16” across the shoulders, 38” through the bust, from 22” to 32” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 42”. Sleeves are 18” long from shoulder seam to cuff. This will fit a range of sizes due to the fullness of both skirt and bust and the elastic waist. Shown on a modern size 3-4 mannequin but I think it could work for a 6 or 8 as well. Pulls on over head with no fastenings except for the tie at the neck; shirred elasticized waist helps you get into it. Has three-quarter length sleeves with elastic at hem, wide band of shirred elasticized fabric at waist and unusual triangular panels at hips. Fabric is rayon crepe, lightweight and unlined. No label. Good  condition with no holes; has some light brown spots low on skirt as I’ve tried to show in the close-ups and collar has some yellowing as well. Should clean up well; I haven’t tried to clean it. True colors are black and white. Has sash style belt.

1930s Cotton Floral Day Dress

Measures 14” across the shoulders, 38” through the bust, 32” at the waist, 42” through the hips and length is 40”. Sleeves are 23” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Somewhat short-waisted; length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 14.5”. Fabric is cotton. No label, no lining. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are navy and white. Buttons down to waist, no other fastenings. Has patch pocket on bust; dress is probably homemade.

1930s Velvet and Jacquard Rayon Formal NR

This is a gorgeous dress but it does have problems. Measures 14” across the shoulders, 32” through the bust, 22” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 53.5”. Fabric is rayon. No label, no lining. Fair condition ONLY with the following flaws: has the repair on top of the shoulder that you see in the close-up; numerous brown spots on the skirt as you see in the photos ( I haven’t tried to clean it) and a 1” tear in the fabric near the nape of the neck. True colors are black and off-white. Has metal hooks and eyes down left side, short puffed sleeves, V-neck, fitted bodice and very full jacquard skirt.

1930s Child's Western Fringed Shirt

Measures 13” across the shoulders, 30” through the chest, 28” at the waist and length is 19”. Sleeves are 16” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Fabric is genuine suede, unlined. Label reads ”Lasso ‘em Bill—size 8”. Fair condition with no holes; has a fair amount of soil. True colors are natural brown and dark burgundy suede.
