Such cool style! Has Mandarin collar, flared bat wing sleeves, fitted waist and A-line skirt. 1970s Handmade Victor Camarena Designer Dress Caftan

After studying this dress, I realized it depicts a face with an eye and some tears. Very Op Art. Measures 17” across the shoulders, 35” through the bust, 40” at the waist, 50” through the hips and length is 56”. Three-quarter length sleeves are 19” long from top of shoulder to cuff. Fabric is 100 % cotton. Label reads ” bazaar d’ Mama Carloca—diseno Victor Camarena”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are turquoise, off-white, back, red and deep blue. Has both embroidery and appliqués. Has metal back zipper; flares out from shoulders and has large inseam pockets at hip level. Sleeves are slightly belled.

1960s Mod Carnaby Street Style Scooter Mini Dress

1960s Color Block Mod Summer Linen Dress

Measures 40” through the bust, 34” at the waist. 42” through the hips and length is 41”. Fabric is linen, unlined. Label reads ”a David Crystal fashion”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are bright blue and white. A-line shape with metal back zipper. This is a well made dress which was undoubtedly expensive in its day.

Super MOD Summer Striped Pants and Jacket

Jacket measures 16” across the shoulders, 42” through the bust, 42” at the waist and length is 26”. Sleeves are 22” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Pants measure 25"-28” at the waist (elasticized waistband) , 38" through the hips, inseam is 27.5" long and outside seam is 40" long. Leg opening is 9.5" in diameter. I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very -differently than modern pants. Jacket has funnel neck, zips all the way up with metal zipper and has loose, boxy fit with three-quarter length sleeves. The jacket would be great with any shade of blue jeans, since you have the blue stripes, and of course the pants would be cute with a tank top, T-shirt or any other summer top. Pants have nylon back zipper. Fabric is cotton denim, lightweight. Label reads ”Carol Brent”. Very good condition with no holes; has a small grey smudge on one sleeve that should come out with cleaning. True colors are white, chartreuse, navy and cornflower blue.

1960s Sophisticated Knit Suit with Lucite Confetti Buttons

Jacket measures 16” across the shoulders, 38” through the bust, 34” at the waist and length is 23”. Sleeves are 21” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Skirt measures 28” at the waist, 38” through the hips and length is 27.5”. Fabric is wool knit, soft, but with enough substance to hold its shape well. Label reads ”handmacher”. Excellent condition with no holes; has two small (1/4”) repairs low on side of skirt, you have to have your nose right up to them to spot them so I don’t think they will bother you too much : )  True colors are black with silver confetti buttons. Jacket is boxy in fit with three-quarter length sleeves and those great buttons; also has satin piping. Skirt is straight with nylon side zipper.

Good condition with no holes; has a light spot on the collar that is covered by the bow and a spot on the back of the bow which only shows if you turn it around. True colors are black and white. Jacket has white collar and cuffs with three-quarter length sleeves and faux mother-of-pearl ball buttons down front with elastic loops. Jacket is slightly fitted at waist. Skirt is straight in cut and has nylon side zipper, button on waistband and back kick pleat.

1960s Spring Formal Prom Dress Vanilla and Raspberry

Measures 35” through the bust, 26” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 57”. Has fitted bodice, full skirt with built-in crinoline and metal back zipper.  Fabric is rayon taffeta.  No label. Very good condition with no holes; has the one stain you see in the close-up; it is in back, near the base of the zipper, so it’s about 9” below the waistline in the center of the skirt and measures about 1/3”. True colors are off-white and light pink.

This two piece dress consists of a long sheath dress with spaghetti straps and a shell top that fits over the top. The shell would be great worn with another skirt or cream slacks. Dress measures 34” through the bust, 26” at the waist, 38” through the hips and length is 56”. Shell top measures 35” through the bust, 30” around at bottom hem and length is 19”.  Fabric is linen/rayon blend. Label reads ”J P Allen-- Atlanta ”. Good condition with some slight wear on spaghetti straps of dress, and some soil around the hemline; may come out with cleaning.  True colors are pink with white beading and ball trim.

1960s Empire Waist Velvet Gown with Fur Cuffs GOTH  

Measures 16" across the shoulders, 34" through the bust, 24" at the waist, full through the hips and length is 58". Sleeves are 23" long from shoulder seam to cuff. Fabric is rayon velvet with rabbit fur cuffs. No label. Good condition with a very skillful repair about 3" long on back of bodice and a few "crushed" spots in velvet; no doubt a good dry cleaner would be able to get them out for you. True colors are black with dark brown cuffs. Dress is fitted through waist, then skirt flares out below. Skirt is 100" in circumference at bottom hem. Has nylon back zipper.

60s Glamour! Gold and Black Cocktail Suit

Jacket measures 16” across the shoulders, 42” through the bust, 36” at the waist and length is 22”. Sleeves are 15” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Shell top measures 41” through the bust, 32” around at bottom hem and length is 18”. Skirt measures 30” to 38” at the waist, 41” through the hips, and length is 29”. Fabric is wool knit. Label reads ”Meis boulevard room”. Jacket and skirt are in excellent condition with no holes or stains; shell top has a couple of scattered ¼” holes. True colors are black and gold. All pieces are knit so they will stretch somewhat beyond these measurements. Jacket is boxy with three-quarter length sleeves and no fastenings. Skirt has elastic waist and pulls on with no fastenings. Shell has nylon back zipper.

The great thing about this set is that it’s really 2 outfits in one; try pairing the top with a jewel tone satin full skirt or putting a white ruffled  or silver silk blouse with the skirt.

1960s Mod Hound's-tooth That Girl Look Suit

Jacket measures 15.5” across the shoulders, 38” through the bust, 34” at the waist, 38” through the hips and length is 27.5”. Sleeves are 22” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Skirt measures 26” at the waist, 36” through the hips and length is 23.5”. Fabric is a knit wool, fairly thick fabric with both pieces fully lined in black nylon. Label reads ”Branson”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are black and white. Jacket fastens with hidden snaps and has faux pocket flaps. The rhinestone buttons you see in the last photo are original but only ornamental as the snaps hold the jacket closed. Skirt is straight with nylon side zipper.

1970s Outrageous Jeweled Pant Suit with Guitars!

Measures 17.5” across the shoulders, 42” through the bust, 40” at the waist and length is 26.5”. Sleeves are 24” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Pants measure from 26” to 32" at the waist (elastic), 38 " through the hips, inseam is 28 " long and outside seam is 41.5" long. Leg opening is 12 " in diameter. I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very -differently than modern pants. Jacket is styled like a western shirt, with shirtwaist hem and snaps down front and on cuffs. Pants are bell-bottoms with the tight fit through hips and thighs, then flaring legs. Fabric is cotton denim, a medium weight. No label, no lining. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are denim blue with gold and silver studs and multi-colored rhinestones. Back of jacket has two studded guitars, and there is one guitar on each pant leg.

1970s Purple Velour Disco Jumpsuit

Measures 36”-38” through the bust, 30” at the waist, 36” to 38” through the hips and total length is 53”. Range of measurements is due to fabric being slightly stretchy. Outside seam from waist level to hem is 38”. Inseam length is 26”—very low dropped crotch. Diameter of leg opening is 14".  Fabric is cotton velour. Label reads ”Bobbie Brooks”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True color is vivid purple. Laces up the front of the bodice down to below the waist, which is how you get into it : ).

1970s Rhoda Pantsuit

Very cute short waisted waiter’s style jacket tops a pair of flowing bellbottoms. Jacket measures 14.5” across the shoulders, 33” through the bust, 26” at the waist and length is 17”. Sleeves are 23” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Pants measure 24” at the waist, 34 " through the hips, inseam is 31 " long and outside seam is 44" long. Leg opening is 18 " in diameter. I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very -differently than modern pants. Fabric is a light weight wool/Dacron blend, unlined. Label reads ”Kelita New York”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are cherry red with forest green and red plaid trim. Jacket is double-breasted and buttons in front; pants have nylon front zipper and hooks on waistband.

1970s ARNOLD SCASSI Print Silk 2 Piece Dress

Top measures 15” across the shoulders, 40” through the bust, 36” around at bottom hem and length is 20”. Sleeves are 26” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Skirt measures 30” at the waist, is full through the hips and length is 26.5”. Fabric is silk. Label reads ”Arnold Scaasi”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; only strange thing is that the zipper on the blouse extends below the bottom hem. It made have been added, but is well done. True colors are various shades of deep purple and dark red along with a muted gold and a very pale blue. Top has mandarain collar, covered buttons and loops down center back with hidden nylon zipper, full sleeves that taper to a tight fit at the cuff and gathering at shoulder seams. Each sleeves has 4 covered buttons at wrist. Both pieces are fully lined in silk. Skirt has hooks on waistband, nylon zipper and box pleats, so it’s fairly full.

1960s Long Velvet Bohemian Embroidered Skirt

Measures 25” at the waist, 36” through the hips and length is 38”. Fabric is cotton velvet  with a stiff hand. No label, no lining. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are black and white. Has button on waist and nylon side zipper. Over 1/3 of the bottom of the skirt is covered with intricate white embroidery all the way around the skirt. Skirt is straight in cut but has a deep back vent for ease in walking.

1960s Bohemian Velvet Skirt with Fancy Buckle

Measures 26” at the waist, 36” through the hips and length is 27”. Fabric is cotton velvet, medium weight. Label reads ”Bill Atkinson—glen of Michigan ”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; has a bit of wear in a ½” area at top edge of waist, but nothing serious. True colors are black with silver-tone buckle. This is a warp skirt with hooks and eyes on the inside; you put the top layer of the waist area through the buckle at top right to complete the closure. So you could easily make it one size smaller but probably not much bigger. Buckle is heavy and substantial. A-line in shape; has yarn appliqué trim down front edge and around hem.

1960s Mellow Yellow Groovy Flared Cords by LEE

These measure 29" at the waist, 38" through the hips, inseam is 31" long and outside seam is 39" long. Leg opening is 10" in diameter. I always recommend going by the outside seam to judge length on vintage pants as they fit very -differently than modern pants. Fabric is cotton corduroy. Two front pockets, two back pockets, metal front zipper and metal shank button at waist. Label reads ”Lee”. Very good condition –has some slight soil low on one leg which I tried to show in the close-up photo but it’s almost to light to show up. True color is sunshine yellow.

1960s White Linen Sophisticated Walking Shorts

Measure 25” at the waist, 36” through the hips and outside seam length is 19”. Inseam is 7”. Fabric is linen probably blended with some rayon—medium weight and not too stiff. Label reads ”Eden Roberts”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True color is winter white. Has nylon front zipper and hidden metal hook on waistband, no pockets.

Measures 38” through the bust, 36” at the waist and length is 23”. Fabric is 85% lambswool, 5% angora and 10% nylon. Fully lined in nylon chiffon. Label reads ”Marchessa”. Good condition with no holes; has a couple of sequins missing and some minor underarm staining. True colors are cream with iridescent white, blue, pink and green sequin trim. Has nylon zipper down center back.
